About Simply Cheese Cakes ...

Thank you for visiting our site. When I started making cheesecakes six years ago I never thought it would become a business. I was tired of paying good money for substandard cheesecake. I decided to make my own. With an internet recipe in hand I gave it a try. Good grief, it was the worst cake in history! I was not discouraged and so with that, I began the six year quest for the best cheesecake ever. I have created a cake that not only I love, but also family and friends to enjoy. With their encouragement, I have been persuaded to share my creations with you. Thanks again and enjoy simply the best cheesecake you will ever taste.
